If you request a refund before your order is sent out, you may be eligible for a refund. Once your order is shipped, in-transit or delivered to your location, you will have 3 business days after delivery to return us back the item(s). The customer is responsible for covering all the shipping cost to return back the order. 

The customer will be refunded minus the shipping cost once we have received your returned order. 

If you do not contact us and ship back your order within 3 business days, you will not be eligible for a return.
