SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Restrictions:

Pepper Sprays: Due to certain state laws and regulations, pepper sprays cannot be shipping to the following locations: New York, Massachusetts, Washington D.C., Alaska and International countries outside the U.S.

Tasers (Stun Guns): Due to certain state laws and regulations, tasers cannot be shipping to the following locations: Hawaii, Rhode Island, Indiana, Chicago (Illinois), Massachusetts, Michigan, U.S. Virgin Islands, Wisconsin and International countries outside the U.S. 

Kitty Knuckles: Kitty Knuckles can be shipped within the United States and Puerto Rico. We cannot ship to International countries outside the U.S.

Processing Time:

Once your order is placed, they are processed immediately. We cannot change or cancel your order. 

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days not including holidays. Personalized orders are processed within 1-2 weeks. The processing time is the length of time needed to prepare the product, package, label and drop off to the carrier. This does not include the shipping time. 

Shipping Time:

All of our orders are shipped with USPS. You will receive a tracking number to your email once you order is shipped. 

If your order is over $100, we will require a signature upon delivery to avoid lost or stolen items. 

Please check with USPS for the approximate shipping times. We are not the carrier and do not have control over the process or the speed that they are able to deliver it to you. Please contact USPS customer service if you have questions regarding your package after we have shipped it. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once USPS has marked it as “Delivered.” If you did not receive your order, please contact USPS to file a claim with them directly. 

Joy and Pain Keychains do not ship international. 

We are not responsible for any orders that is sent back to us if you entered the wrong mailing address. All returned packages will be refunded. Please double check your mailing address prior to checkout, we will not be held responsible for the packages that are sent to the wrong address that is entered incorrectly by the buyer.
